Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this website are guides for typical UK properties. A firm price is given after we understand the property, its height, access and the condition of the existing guttering. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Bookings and cancellations
Appointments are confirmed by WhatsApp or email. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a booking. Work may be rescheduled where high winds or heavy rain make working at height unsafe.
Additional work
If we find further problems once access is gained, such as rotten fascia or damaged roof edging, we will explain the issue and agree any extra cost with you before continuing.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Guarantee
Workmanship is guaranteed. Materials carry their manufacturer's warranty. The guarantee does not cover storm damage, blockages that build up after our visit, or damage caused by third parties.
Complaints
If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of the work and we will return to put it right.
